So, have you ever heard of breathwork? I randomly went to a class back in 2018 with my mentor and it was a wild, life-changing experience that I am eternally grateful for.  


My hands and feet were tingling, I saw bright flashes of light, and felt like I was floating out of my own body. It was pretty trippy, but in a good way – I was felt high on life! 


After that, I started practicing it every day and started seeing things start shift in my life.


Things that used to really bother me didn’t seem to have as big of an impact anymore, and I had way more energy, anxiety had disappeared and I had more focus. 


Plus, I just felt a really deep love for myself. It was an amazing feeling, and I wanted everyone to know about it.

I used to struggle a lot with stress, anxiety and binge-eating.


I searched high and low for solutions, tried various diets, therapies, and yoga I ready every book I could get my hands on – but nothing seemed to stick for long.
