Hey Friend! My name is Audra, I am a Breathwork Teacher and Trainer based in Tulum, Mexico
When the pandemic hit in 2020, It was a blessing in disguise that the night club I was working at closed down, and I was forced into finding another source of income. I always wanted to teach breathwork full time so I seized the opportunity and I moved into teaching breathwork online full time.
I had no idea how to run an online business or even where to start. The only thing I knew I could do was Instagram Live breathwork classes!
So I got on Live every day for almost 2 months and I got so much amazing feedback from my breathwork classes! From there I started discovering different ways to share my healing and monetize online.
Since sharing my first recorded classes for sale at the end of 2020, I have since been able to share my breathwork classes with customers from over 20 different countries and counting.
