In my early twenties I was traveling full time in Australia and I was having a hard time finding consistent income.
I worked jobs in restaurants, flower shops & babysitting.
But I always felt like I was meant for more.
I knew I could help people and I wanted to make money while I traveled I just didn’t know how.
After a while, I ran out of options for making money (and visa’s to stay in the country) and I had to move home.
I decided to go to nutrition school to become a health coach and that’s when my eyes started to open up to how I could make my desires of helping people while making money possible.
After a year of health coaching and building a business online, I discovered the powerful practice of breathwork on my wellness journey and it completely changed the way I saw health and it truly helped me heal in so many ways (Physically, emotionally, mentally)
The healing and transformation was so powerful for me, I knew I wanted to start sharing breathwork with more people because I felt AMAZING and I truly wanted to help others.
My entire business is inspired from my own healing and experiences with breathwork
It is an outpouring of my excitement for breathwork and from this place I have been able to now create an online business sharing breathwork with clients and students in 20+ countries around the word!
And now I am traveling in Mexico and working on my online business full time and working wherever I go.
Teaching online has brought me time and location freedom AND It is so fulfilling because I know that the work I do is actually helping others –
And I want to help you to do the same.
