My name is Audra Bear(Yes that’s my real name)

I am so excited to invite you to join me for a LIVE virtual breathwork workshop. 

I discovered breathwork in 2018 and I was blown away(No pun intended) at the powerful experience I was having just through breathing.

Not only did I start feeling amazing, but I found that breathwork is a powerful and natural way to holistically heal emotional weight and negative thoughts that was holding me back from doing the things I loved and being who I wanted to be. 

I fell in love with this practice and the many benefits I have experience  and I have since taught breathwork to students from over 19 different countries around the world. Which is why I am so excited to share this with you!

What can I expect ?

This breathing method is done either lying down on your back will be guiding and motivating you to breathe in specific patterns and rhythms using the music. You may feel sensations in the body such as tingling, light headedness, rushes of heat or cold and an overall sense of calm and peace.
